  • Chemical dilution Rates and their importance
  • PPE required
  • Personal hygiene requirements and reasons for these
  • Record keeping requirements
  • Identification of UK & UK legislation, codes of practice and assurance scheme standards
  • COSHH requirements
  • Disposal of spent products or solutions
  • Specific measures required to control; Salmonella and Campylobacter
  • Identification of poultry diseases and specific control measures
